王榮, 1958年4月生，漢族，江蘇濱海人，1976年10月加入中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨，1975年7月參加工作，學(xué)歷研究生(南京農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)農(nóng)經(jīng)系農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)管理專業(yè))，博士，教授、研究員。

現(xiàn)任中央候補(bǔ)委員，廣東省委常委，深圳市委書(shū)記。

1975年7月-1978年3月，江蘇省濱海縣天場(chǎng)公社插隊(duì)；

1978年3月-1982年2月，南京農(nóng)學(xué)院農(nóng)經(jīng)系農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)管理專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)；

1982年2月-1985年2月，南京農(nóng)學(xué)院農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)管理專業(yè)碩士研究生；

1985年2月-1988年1月，南京農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)農(nóng)經(jīng)系農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)管理專業(yè)博士研究生；

1988年1月-1988年12月，南京農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)農(nóng)經(jīng)系講師；

1988年12月-1989年9月，南京農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)農(nóng)經(jīng)系副教授；

1989年9月-1990年9月，南京農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)經(jīng)貿(mào)學(xué)院副院長(zhǎng)；

1990年9月-1992年8月，南京農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)助理(其間：1991年10月-1992年6月荷蘭Tilburg大學(xué)進(jìn)修)；

1992年8月-1994年5月，南京農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)助理兼校長(zhǎng)辦公室主任(1993年國(guó)務(wù)院批準(zhǔn)享受政府特殊津貼)；

1994年5月-1997年6月，南京農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)副校長(zhǎng)、教授(1994年12月)、博士生導(dǎo)師；1997年6月-1999年8月，江蘇省農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)、黨委副書(shū)記(1997年9月，研究員)；

1999年8月-2000年5月，江蘇省農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)、黨委副書(shū)記兼省農(nóng)林廳副廳長(zhǎng)、黨組副書(shū)記；

2000年5月-2001年6月，江蘇省教育廳廳長(zhǎng)、黨組書(shū)記、省委教育工委書(shū)記；

2001年6月-2002年1月，江蘇省無(wú)錫市委副書(shū)記、代市長(zhǎng)；2002年1月-2003年2月，江蘇省無(wú)錫市委副書(shū)記、市長(zhǎng)；

2003年2月-2004年10月，江蘇省無(wú)錫市委書(shū)記；

2004年10月-2009年6月，江蘇省委常委、蘇州市委書(shū)記；

2009年6月-2010年4月，廣東省委常委，深圳市委副書(shū)記，深圳市政府副市長(zhǎng)、代市長(zhǎng)、黨組書(shū)記；

2010年4月-2010年6月，廣東省委常委，深圳市委書(shū)記，市政府代市長(zhǎng)、黨組書(shū)記。

2010年6月至今，廣東省委常委、深圳市委書(shū)記。十七屆中央候補(bǔ)委員。

Wang Rong, Han Nationality, born in April in 1958 in Binhai, Jiangsu Province, joined CPC in October in 1976, started work in July in 1975, with a Master and Ph.D’s Degree. He is now Alternate Member of the CPC Central Committee, Member of Standing Committee of CPC Guangdong Province and Secretary of Leading Party Committee of Shenzhen municipal government.
