1951年3月出生，1981年畢業(yè)于福建省廈門大學(xué)化學(xué)系電化學(xué)專業(yè)，獲理學(xué)碩士學(xué)位?，F(xiàn)在國家發(fā)展和改革委員會能源研究所北京市計(jì)科能源新技術(shù)開發(fā)公司工作，歷任室主任、總經(jīng)理。
